Defense Against Two handed Grab and pull

1. Going with the pull, Pin attackers hands on your chest with your left hand as you step forward with your right foot into a right Neutral Bow while doing a right Uppercut to attackers stomach.
2. While turning into a right Forward Bow, do a left Outward Hand Sword to attackers throat.
3. As you circle right fist out and up towards side of your head, bring your left hand down to check attackers arms and complete the circle with your right hand by doing a downward Hammerfist to attackers temple and down onto their nose
4. Do a right Outward chop to attackers throat and Push Drag forward as you do a left inward Heel Plam to right side of attackers head and a left Inward Elbow to left side of attackers head for the sandwich effect.

1. Step to 11:00 with your left foot into a left Neutral Bow while doing a left Inward Block.
2. Bring your right arm up the body line and into side of attackers neck as you move into a left Close Kneel stance, checking attackers right leg with your right leg.
3. Move your right foot behind attackers right foot into a modified left Forward Bow, to sweep attackers right leg
4. Your left hand grabs onto your right wrist and squeezes to lock attackers neck in your arms ( Choke).
5. Step back to 4:30 with your left foot and torque your body to the left to take attacker down .
6. As attacker lands, drive your right knee into their ribs and do a right Vertical Thrust punch to attackers face.

Defense against a front tackel, in which charging ram didn’t work

1. From a right Neutral Bow, step to 4:30 with your left foot into a left front twist stance while doing a left chop to left side of attackers neck.
2. Unwind from the twist into a right Neutral Bow facing 9:00, With attackers left arm is against your back, circle your right hand down, under attackers left arm and into an uppercut under their arm to break the elbow.
3. Right Rear Scoop kick to groin or solar plexus, planting back into your original stance
4. Slide your left foot up to your right foot then shoot your right foot back to 1:30 to buckle attackers left leg as you circle your right arm out from under attackers arm into a right Back Knuckle or Hammerfist to attackers jaw.
5. Cover out.

Defense against a left straight punch

  • Step back to 4:30 with your left leg into a right Neutral Bow while doing right Inward Block at or above the elbow
  • With left hand follow up body line and check attackers right arm with an inward perry
    while doing do a right Back Knuckle to their floating ribs or groin.
  • Shift to right forward bow while doing left heal palm to chin
  • cut the circle doing a right chop to attackers neck
  • Grab chin with right hand and push with left on attackers shoulder, twisting them, While doing a scoop kick with right leg.
  • Don’t land kick but do a right kick to attackers knee and right chop to neck
  • Cover Out

Defense against right rear shoulder grab

1. Step back to 5:30 with your right foot while doing a right Heel Palm Claw to attackers face.
2. Without stopping, turn into a right Forward Bow facing 6:00 while doing a left Heel Palm to attackers face. Left hand checking to protect against right punch.
3. Your right hand continues to circle around and up under attackers left arm (at the elbow) to lock their arm while you turn counter clockwise into left Forward Bow.
4. With your attackers arm locked in your arm, you want to turn your arm up (like an Upward Elbow) to fully lock them.
5. Step Thru forward with your right then left foot, bringing attacker forward.
6. Turn clockwise into a right Forward Bow facing attacker, have your right hand circle backward into a Back Knuckle to attackers mastoid, drawing attacker into a left Heel Palm to solar plexus and a right Back Knuckle to chest.
7. cover out.
