Defense against 1 handed pushes and punches.

Long Greeting facing 12:00

1. Sword and Hammer - (start facing 12:00)
Right step forward front cover to left facing 9:00

2. Raining Claw - ( start facing 9:00)
Rear Twist (right step back) unwind to right neutral bow facing 12:00

3 . Leaping Crane - (Start facing 12:00)
Front Twist left leg step back to right neutral bow facing 3:00

4. Snapping Twig - (start facing 3:00)
Cover right into left neutral bow facing 6:00

5. Five Swords - (start facing 6:00)
cover left, (right leg steps across) in a right neutral bow 12:00

6. Thundering Hammers - (start facing 12:00)
Trans Cat stance to right neutral bow facing 1:30

7. Attacking Mace - (start facing 1:30)
Front crossover to the rear unwind left neutral bow facing 7:30

8. Triggered Salute - (start facing 7:30)
Cover to left neutral bow facing 3:00

9. Clutching Feathers - (start facing 3:00)
Rear cover ( left leg behind right) to right neutral bow facing 10:30 Right leg step back to left neutral bow.

10. Reversing Mace - ( start facing 10:30)
End facing 4:30 in a right neutral bow, step forward to left neutral bow

11. Shielding Hammer - (start facing 4:30)
Cover to ( right over left) to 12:00 in right neutral bow

12. Obscure Sword - (starting at 12:00)
Front cross over rear cover step to 10:30 in right neutral bow

13. Glancing Salute - (start at 10:30)
Right step back into a left neutral bow facing 12:00

14. Sword of Destruction - (start facing 12:00)
End right neutral bow facing 12:00 rear cover facing 6:00 in left neutral bow.

15. Lone Kimono - (start facing 6:00)
End in right neutral bow facing 6:00. Left step back into right neutral facing 3:00.

16. Dance of death - (start facing 3:00)
End left Neutral bow facing 3:00. Right Step up ( cover left ) transition into .

17. Shield and sword - (start facing 12:00)
End right Neutral bow facing 9:00. Right Step forward ( cover left) facing 4:30.

18. Sleeper - (start facing 4:30)

Theme: Retreating with a Front Hand Block

Execute Long Greeting

Start from a meditating horse stance facing 12 :00.

1. Drop your left foot back to 6 :00, into a right neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right inward block and a left back elbow strike.

2. Drop your right foot back to 6 :00, into a left neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left inward block and a right back elbow strike.

3. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 9 :00. Step with your right foot to 3 :00, into a left neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a right inward block followed by left outward block and a right back elbow strike.

4. Drop your left foot back to 3 :00 into a right neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left inward right outward block combination and a left back elbow strike.

5. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 3 :00, moving your right foot forward to “cover.” Settle into a left neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right high inward block followed by a left upward block and  right back elbow strike.

6. Drop your left foot back to 9 :00 into a right neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left high inward block followed by a right upward block and left back elbow strike.

7. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 6 :00, drawing your foot up to a transitional cat stance, executing a left inward downward block palm up (active check). Step back with your left foot towards 12 :00, into a right neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a right outward downward block and left back elbow strike.

8. Drop your right foot back to a 12 :00, into a left neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a right  inward downward block palm up, followed by a left downward outward block palm down and right back elbow strike.

10. Step clockwise with your left foot to 12 :00, returning to a meditative horse stance, thus returning to point of origin.

Repeat on opposite side.
