Well you probably don’t know this but, I am a second degree brown belt in American Kenpo. I train under Associate Professor Tyler Leihsing at American Kenpo Training Systems.

We have a 9th Degree Black belt, Master John Sepulveda coming to our school next month to give a belt test and a Seminar to students not only in our school, But in our Region.

This is probably one of the greatest honors to have a person of this ranking come to your school and give you a test. ( I will post pictures when it happens).

This go round I will be testing for my First Brown ( Then i only have Red to go before I reach Black), we also have 3 women and 1 Man testing for Black Belt. That is pretty cool considering we have very few Black Belts who are women in our art.

Good luck to those and I will post more about it soon.
