BIRTHDAY REMINDER:
This week we celebrate a special birthday.
Monica Lewinsky turned 34. Can you believe it?
It seems like only yesterday she was crawling
around the White House on her hands and knees, and putting
everything in her mouth.
They grow up so fast, … don’t they?
Have a great day
Well my wife started a new job, so its just been us boys in the evning. Tuesday the Kids were just awesome. WSe went for Ice cream and played. Wednesday… complete oposit. Mom is home tonight so should be a good night.
I was contacted recently by Lisa Roe, an online book Publicist, about a book called Jackson Hole: A Comprehensive Guide to Jackson and the Grand Tetons, Witten By Nina Lary. She asked if i would read the book and do a review. I of Course said sure. I love Jackson. It has to be my most favorite place to visit in the great state of Wyoming. Ever since i was a little boy my family and I have visited Jackson. We have ( had) family that lives there.
My great uncle Harvey built a house just up the hill from the teton Mystery. there used to be a house right next to the Teton Mystery called the PeeWee that he also owned ( later burned down in a fire) but what pleasent memories I have of my cousins and other family there. My wife and i take the boys camping there every sumer ( first week of August ) and we just fish and play in the river for 5 days. And I tell you waht the kids would rather do nothing else with there summer vaction than go to Jackson.
So I will give this book a look over and post a review for it. I certainly look Forward to it.
I get so frustrated sometimes with my youngest child, who is 4, he wines and cries and gets mad about this or that. What i haven’t paid attention to is the the part where they grow up. My kids go to Sunday School every sunday. when we first started going it was dreadful, and the kids didn’t want to go they creid and we had to sit there with them. I just today noticed that we drop them off and there is no complaining its OK well you later.
i am just remined of the things we have to go through while they grow up and with the proper parenting they will do just fine.
My oldest, Cj, has turned twelve this year and is a fine young man. I look forward to the rest of his life and to see what he will do. ( although not 2 fast, only 6 years till graduation)
Have a great weekend!!!!!
Just saw on Fox news a few minutes ago that Michael Crichton has died from cancer. Although I was not a big fan of Jurassic park, He had some other novels that I relly liked. I think Airframe was my favorite, I also enjoyed The Great Train Robbery and The Andromeda Strain. Congo was Ok and Disclosure was really good I thought. THe Terminal man and Time line were also good reads. and there are a few i didn’t get to read Perhapps i should check em out.
Our thoughts are with his family.
WOW what a historic election. People say there voice is never heard, but record numbers showed up to SHOUT out there concerns and anger for our current economic and global situation. WAY TO GO AMERICA!!!!!
Well I go t my garage cleaned this weekend, has been about a six month project. So afterwords the kids come out side to play with tthere friends and BAMO its a mees, toiys bikes chalk all over the place. Good grief I cant even win.
Any way I can at least go to the garage now for some relax time.
When your marrige is in the rough, we have this thing called Divorce… I know that some religions do not agree with divorce and so on, but it is a legal way to end a marrige rather than killing one another. Good Grief…. Sorry buddy your life is over too… I would rather have a ex- than be in prison for ever or get the death penelty
